Les Schwab Corporate HQ

Les Schwab relocated their corporate headquarters to Bend, OR in 2008. Their new 123,000 sf building houses offices, conference rooms, kitchens, locker rooms and a data center. Many energy conservation features were incorporated into the design.

Les Schwab contracted with American Heating to perform the mechanical install for this building. This enormous building is served by ten rooftop A/C units feeding an underfloor air distribution system that maximizes employee comfort. Two CRAC units and a roof mounted dry cooler handle the sizeable cooling load of the data center.
